We work with clients until we provide a design solution that works and that we can all be proud of.
Room size, flow, use of space and storage: we’ll work with you on every aspect. We’ll make sure you understand and plan for strength and warmth. We’ll discuss various sustainability features, the effect of stud heights, door widths, heating, insulation and choice of materials. On top of bringing design skills to the table, our designers have a solid knowledge of the Building Code requirements.
Each design we do is customised to maximise the building site. We take the impact of views, light wind and sun into consideration, putting your home in the ultimate position for the surrounding environment. We go beyond what just looks nice and our designers know what works. They can visualise the opportunities of a site, particularly tricky sites.
Building your Home
During the building process you will have qualified builders and a project manager with you the whole way. As your new home progresses with Sanctuary Homes, we will give you regular updates and have scheduled meetings so you can stay informed every step of the way. If there is a problem due to weather or supply, we will simply tell you the truth so we can all be realistic with completion dates.
