Series:
These custom designed homes are both stylish and functional. Great care is taken to personalise each home to meet the client’s individual requirements. From concept design through to completion of the home, we want all those involved in the project to be feel proud of what we have created.

Our Premier Series:
These homes provide a cost-effective solution for homeowners where price is particularly important. We can custom design to suit individual requirements or you can purchase a stock design from the existing range of ready to build home plans we have designed. We can build using a range of products, but all the components that go into the home must meet the quality requirements Sanctuary Homes puts in place for every new home we build.

Our Compact Home Series:
Sanctuary Homes has developed a range of affordable two-, three- and four-bedroom new homes built to be uniquely yours. All homes in our Compact Home Series are fixed price builds and come completely finished with quality workmanship.
These compact houses make the very best use of the land they occupy while still offering the amenities of a larger home including good sized rooms, well equipped kitchens and indoor / outdoor flow to private lawn and garden areas. Our architectural team has developed some very clever designs that maximise living on smaller footprints.

Sanctuary Homes is a family business and we foster family values such as respect, integrity and loyalty: our team works passionately for each other and our clients.
We take ownership of your project as if it were our own. Building between 12 and 20 building projects per year enables Sanctuary Homes management to be personally involved in every project from design through to completion. Our designers, builders and fantastic teams of sub-trades all work together to produce great homes.
Sanctuary Homes does little marketing. Most of our building work comes through referrals, personal recommendations and from other trades people and real estate agents telling potential buyers about our company. Our reputation for designing and building quality homes has been hard earned and it is something we are rightly enormously proud of.

Our Team
Neville Solley:
Company Founder and Manager of Design, Sales and Marketing
Passionate about delivering the best home design that the site and the client’s budget will allow, Neville has a well-deserved reputation for maximising use of space and creative styling. This skill comes from a background of 15 years in the marine industry that included being a key part of the design team that won a New Zealand “Yacht of the Year” award. Neville is personally involved in the initial client consultation and preliminary concept plan stage of every Design and Build home that Sanctuary Homes constructs.
Fiona Solley:
Head of Accounts, Project Tracking and Stylist
Fiona co-ordinates Sanctuary Homes’ specification of interior components and works with clients on custom options. Working alongside the design team, Fiona also does the interior styling and displays for our show homes and for our House and Land packages.
Richard Solley:
Builder, Company and Project Management
As a qualified Licensed Building Practitioner who has been involved in hundreds of building projects Richard brings a vast amount of experience to this key role. Richard also oversees all sub-trades and manages our building teams.
Jason Christensen:
Jason has 25 plus years of residential design experience in the housing industry in both New Zealand and internationally. He has spent the past 10 years teaming up with Neville Solley to collectively produce hundreds of concept designs and successful house Design and Build projects. Key to his design role with Sanctuary Homes is providing homes that use proven materials and construction methods that are cost efficient while incorporating modern styling to reflect each client’s personal preferences.
